MbdGunilla Rancke-Madsen is born in Charlottenlund, Denmark but spend 9 years abroad living in places like Hawaii and New York City. Gunilla became fascinated by movement in NYC and decided to build her own workout technique inspired by her favorite spots in the city. She is certified at Core Pilates NYC as well as mentored by Abbey she met at modelFIT. Her concept builds on natural beauty, and building a long, lean, toned body by working out the small muscle groups. Gunilla believes your mental health influence your physical health which is why she is a big believer in combinig mindfulness as well as meditation, breath work, journaling, coach/therapy, EFT with movement. In the future she is hoping to introduce you to Gotham inspired cardio boxing sessions as well as adding mental health to her studio and online platform - creating an overall understanding and deeper connection to self. Gunilla live her life connected to her core values - learning, inspiration, unique, difference and optimism.

”What Would My Best Self Do” is established by Gunilla Rancke-Madsen. Most of her inspirations comes from her time living abroad in Manhattan. At “What Would My Best Self Do” we are all about showing up for our-self as well as for others & stepping into our best self & hold our-self accountable & being the bigger
& better version of our self. We try to remind our-self that we should and could be
better for our self as well as for our surroundings. We remind our-self that we set the
standards and are the role model we deep down has the potential to become. “What
Would My best Self Do” introduce you to workouts, wellness equipments, tips & tricks
as well as partner up with companies in the industry to help inspire you how to show up
better for yourself physically as well as mentally.

STUDIO - COMING SOON

At our studio in Copenhagen we offer the best from New York City an open-minded international community. Where we help you step into your best self physically as well as mentally. We teach low impact movement taught by Gunilla where we introduce you to our favorite activewear bands/collections/designers/must haves as well as go to drinks you can enjoy at our in house cafe with friends or after a workout session or while studying/working/being in your creative mindset, as well as purchase our at home workout & beauty equipments.

We rent our space to like-minded instructors/practitioners/healers/teachers as well as brands wishing to create an influence event promoting their latest collection, newly established brand, entering the danish market or just market themself to hit a larger audience and increase brand awareness. We bring influencers to your event, teach a modelfit session in or around your brand and shoot content for Instagram to promote your brand/designs/collection etc. (this concept is seen in cities like New York, Miami and LA but now offered in Copenhagen as well).

We offer like minded brands the service of influencer events using my network gathering together influencers interested in participating in an workout event promoting your collection/brand while doing a low impact workout taught by Gunilla at our studio or at your wished location.

Each session works to serve the mind and body helping you feel more connected, grounded, stronger, happier and healthier. to do so we focus on low impact movement. working out the small muscle groups while getting a good burn in leaving feeling our best when haven moved in ways stabilizing & supporting our body. The concept is built on gaining a feminine looking slim body. We have a focus on stability and sculpting to hit those small muscle groups and gain a long, lean, toned body. We use own body weight and incorporate equipment like the slider, 1-2 pound ankle weights, ankle bands, pilates ring and more to make the workout fun & inspiring. Each movement is technical, slow and controlled which require a lot of attention leading you to a mindful stage of mind forcing you to let go of everything else you have going on mentally, the perfect de-stress and ideal break of the day - leaving each session feeling more energized and at your best.

after participating in over 300 workout classes through classpass in cities like New York, London, San Francisco Gunilla decided to get certified and mentored by her favorite workout instructures through her favorite workout studios. she has since put together her own unique workout style helping you gain your dream body a sculpted, tone body gaining those long lean muscles. her workout style is New York inspired. her tecnique is practised by many models, celebrities, influencers as well as it girls.
